Everything on this ground is built from one unit of verified value. Here is how it comes together — and who does the building — so you know exactly what you are looking at.

The unit A PIE Point

We verify improvements that people have made to their ecosystems and their communities by witnessing them using the Proven Improvement Evaluation (PIE) system. Show us what you have done to make life better.

The readiness Capability

A capability assessment confirms the Improver is ready, willing and able to sustain the improvement and keep supporting it.

The building block A Kini

Proof and capability fuse into a Kini — carrying capability, commitment and care into a KiniCo as a verified artifact.

The company A KiniCo

ERGO assembles the Kinis a KiniCo needs and sculpts them into a company that makes the value available to shareholders, licensees and buyers.

ERGO — the managing Improver, and the sculptor

Earth Returns Global Operations (ERGO) is the managing Improver across every KiniCo. It buys the number and character of PIE Points a KiniCo needs — including PIE Points ERGO has itself earned through real ecological and social improvement. ERGO does not hold a shareholding for free.

Because it is the common manager across all KiniCos, ERGO can structure joint ventures, mergers and shares in PIE Points, and build new KiniCos alongside proponents who already hold them. It chooses the medium and shapes the work — in collaboration with Improver shareholders, licensees, brokerage clients and other commercial supporters. The sculptor, and the hand that sculpts.

Sowing Seeds
Consent, a credible thesis, and the right people in place.
Growing Structure
A PIE evaluation underway; data and structure taking shape.
Flowering
The entity is formed and the value pathway defined — close to bearing.
Harvestable
Complete and operating; verified value ready to return to Improvers.
After Harvestable, a KiniCo settles into one of two mature seasons
Mature Yields
Operating and yielding steadily — established and dependable, but not actively expanding. The choice for backers who want reliability over growth.
Pruned for Growth
Mature and yielding, and actively growing — pruned and replicating into new places. The choice for backers who want compounding reach.
